Mr. Patrick Jonhera is a Business and Projects Lawyer with over eleven years of
experience in Mergers and Acquisition of businesses entities in Zimbabwe. His
areas of interest include Project Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Securities law as well as Labor and Employment law.

Patrick has worked at various law Firms in Zimbabwe and underwent training in the United Kingdom under the auspices of the International Lawyers for Africa initiative where he was seconded to Trinity International LLP, United Kingdom. He is currently Managing Partner at a top tier Pan African law Firm, in Zimbabwe. He has conducted notable acquisition transactions involving companies listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange as well as transactions involving foreign direct investment in the energy, insurance and mining sectors in Zimbabwe.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLBs) from the University of
Zimbabwe, Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate and Securities Law from the
University of South Africa (Unisa) and a Master of laws Degree (LLM) from the
University of Pretoria. He is a member of the Institute of Directors of Zimbabwe
(IODZ), and Zimbabwe Committee member of the International Lawyers for
Africa (ILFA).
